Set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), sharing continuity with the films and other television series of the franchise 'Cloak and Dagger' is an upcoming Tv series on ABC's Freeform with the release date set for season 1 Thursday, June 8.
Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger is the story of Tandy Bowen (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone Johnson (Aubrey Joseph) – two teenagers from very different backgrounds, who find themselves burdened and awakened to newly acquired superpowers which are mysteriously linked to one another: Tandy can emit piercing light daggers and Tyone has the ability to summon powers from the dark dimension( Last seen in the MCU during the 'Agent Carter'.
'Runaways', the other Marvel show focusing on teens discovering their powers managed to get great ratings and love from the fans lets hope 'Cloak and Dagger' follows the suit, Here's the trailer for it's first season.
